Wipe your pair regularly with a dry cloth or a quick brush.

Use Saphir médaille d'or lotion every five to ten ports. It cleans and nourishes the leather. This colourless cream, or one in the colour of the shoe, is a complementary, more nourishing treatment.

Once your shoes are clean and moisturised, wax them, if you wish, with the Saphir médaille d'or 1925 range of shoe polishes. Use a soft, lint-free cloth. Once the leather has been waxed, rub or brush it to make it shine.

For a mirror effect (glaze), emulsify by alternating layers of shoe polish and fine droplets of water, on the rigid parts of the shoe only. Wear a nylon, wool or cashmere stocking over a finished glaze.
