BORN IN PARIS

"Why "Gabriel"? The name comes from the character of Gabriel Fouquet in Antoine Blondin's book Un Singe en Hiver."

 And it all takes place at 26 Rue du Mont Thabor.

Launched in 2005, Maison Gabriel Paris is the reflection of its creator Cyril Arvengas, an authentic Parisian who invented a place in the image of his past as an antique dealer where the art of living, a certain freedom, and a pronounced taste for beauty.

"Every time I imagine a garment, the choice of material guides me".

Cyril follows his instinct: the fabric inspires him just as much as the object, a common trait in his creations. He likes to shake up the codes to imagine comfortable clothes with character.

"I like to tell stories, I like accidents: those unforeseen events that make each thing, each moment unique - like the films of Claude Sautet."

Creative and daring, Cyril does not hesitate to collaborate with other Houses who share his vision: to stand out with elegance.
